הענן הוא אפשרות לבחירת ההורה. גם בלי הסכמה אפשר לשחק ולראות דוח מקומי בטלפון. אם לא תחתמו, לא נאסוף כינוי, פרופיל או תשובות ילד לענן. מייל ההורה משמש רק לכניסה, קשר בנושא החשבון ובדיקת ההסכמה. משפחה שנפתחה ולא השלימה הסכמה תועבר למחיקה לאחר 30 יום מפתיחתה או מהגשת טופס ההסכמה האחרון.

לאחר אישור וצימוד נשלחים: כינוי שבוחר ההורה, מזהי משפחה/ילד/מכשיר, קבוצת גיל רחבה, הגדרות תרגול, זמן הפעילות, תרגילים, תשובות, ניסיונות ורמזים. המטרה היא להציג להורה את פעילות המשחק ולסנכרן את הגדרות התרגול. אין אבחון רפואי או לימודי, החלטות על זכאות, פרסום ממוקד, מכירת מידע, פרופיל ציבורי או שיחה בין ילדים. אין צורך בשם מלא, מייל ילד, מיקום מדויק, תמונות ילד, מיקרופון, אנשי קשר, תעודה או פרטי תשלום.

האתר מופעל ב־Cloudflare והמאגר והכניסה ב־Supabase באזור Frankfurt. ספקי אירוח ותשתית מורשים מעבדים מידע לצורך השירות בלבד; נתונים ותיעוד שירות עשויים לעבור מעבר למדינת המגורים בהתאם להסכמים החלים. ספק שליחת מיילים יפורט במדיניות לפני פתיחת ההרשמה. המפעיל עשוי לגשת למידע לצורך תמיכה, אבטחה והיענות לבקשת הורה. ההסכמה אינה היתר לפרסום או להעברה לצדדים לצורכיהם.

רשומות תרגול: עד 90 יום ועד 2,000 לכל ילד, עם ניקוי יומי לאחר הפעלת השירות. הרשאת מכשיר שלא הייתה בשימוש 90 יום פגה. מסמכי הסכמה שלא אושרו נמחקים לאחר 30 יום. טופס מאושר נשמר לצורך הוכחת ההסכמה בזמן השירות; משיכת הסכמה או מחיקת החשבון מסירות אותו מהמאגר הפעיל. עותקים בגיבויי ספק אינם נמחקים באופן נקודתי: הם פוקעים לפי מדיניות הספק, אינם משמשים לפעילות שוטפת, ונדרש לסלק נתונים שנמחקו לפני חזרה לשירות לאחר שחזור.

הדוחות נגישים רק לחשבונות המשפחה המורשים. הוספת הורה נוסף היא אישור נפרד, למייל מסוים, וניתן לבטל אותה; אין חובה לשתף. אפשר לעיין ולייצא תשובות, לשנות כינוי והגדרות, למחוק ילד, למשוך הסכמה או למחוק חשבון במרכז ההורים. אפשר גם לפנות למייל הפרטיות לצורך עיון, תיקון, מחיקה, התנגדות או תלונה לרשות המוסמכת. הסכמה לענן ניתנת למשיכה בלי להפסיק משחק מקומי.

קראו גם את מדיניות הפרטיות, תנאי השימוש ומסלול המחיקה. אל תחתמו אם אינכם ההורה או האפוטרופוס. אין להעלות תמונת תעודה או פרטים על הילד. הטופס החתום נבדק בידי אדם; אישור מייל לבדו אינו הסכמת הורה מאומתת.

אני בן/בת 18 ומעלה והורה או אפוטרופוס של הילדים שאחבר לחשבון זה. קראתי את ההודעה שלעיל ואני מסכים/ה לאיסוף, לשימוש ולעיבוד המידע המתואר לצורך הסנכרון המשפחתי. אני מבין/ה שאני יכול/ה למשוך הסכמה, שהסכמה זו אינה כוללת שיתוף עם הורה נוסף, ושהמשחק המקומי נשאר זמין ללא סנכרון.

Direct parental notice and signed consent

Cloud participation is optional. Local play and the local report remain available if you decline or withdraw. We use the adult's email for authentication and consent contact. After human approval and device pairing, we collect a parent-selected child nickname, family/child/device identifiers, broad age group, exercise settings, exercise content, answers, attempts, hints and activity times, solely for private family reports and exercise-setting sync. We do not sell data, use targeted ads, publish child profiles, allow child chat, or use this record for diagnostic or eligibility decisions. Do not supply child names, emails, photos, IDs or payment information.

Cloudflare hosts the website; Supabase hosts authentication and the database in Frankfurt. Contracted infrastructure processors may process service data outside your country, subject to applicable safeguards. The email-delivery processor will be identified before signup opens. Only authorised family members and the operator for support, security and rights requests may access relevant data. Inviting another guardian requires a separate, email-specific permission and can be revoked.

Exercise records are kept for up to 90 days, with a maximum of 2,000 per child and a daily purge once deployed. Inactive device access expires at 90 days. Unapproved consent forms expire after 30 days. An approved form is kept as consent evidence during service; withdrawal or account deletion removes it from the active database. A family that does not complete consent is queued for account deletion after 30 days from family creation or its latest basic consent submission. Provider backups expire under the provider's retention policy and are not used for routine processing. Deleted data must be removed before any restored system is reopened.

You may review/export answers, correct profile information, delete a child, withdraw permission or delete your account through the parent centre or privacy inbox. Applicable rights, including complaints to the relevant authority, remain available. This form authorises only the processing described above, not disclosure for third parties' own purposes.

I am at least 18 and am the parent/legal guardian of the children I will pair. I have read this direct notice and consent to the described collection, use and processing for optional family sync. I understand that I may withdraw and that additional guardian sharing requires separate permission.
