מה השירות מציע
Numzino הוא משחק תרגול. גרסת הניסיון מאפשרת משחק ודוחות מקומיים בטלפון. שירות החשבון המשפחתי והסנכרון המתואר באתר נמצא בהכנה. נתוני ההדגמה פיקטיביים. דוחות המשחק אינם אבחון, טיפול או תחליף למורה, ואינם מבטיחים תוצאה לימודית מסוימת.
ילדים והורים
חשבון הורה מיועד לבני 18 ומעלה שהם הורה או אפוטרופוס מורשה. ילדים יכולים לשחק בלי חשבון משפחתי. העלאת נתוני ילדים תתאפשר רק לאחר השלמת מסלול הסכמת הורה מאומת והודעת פרטיות מתאימה. אישור מייל בלבד אינו מוצג כהסכמה מאומתת. אין להזין שם מלא, תעודת זהות, מידע רפואי או מידע על ילדים אחרים בטפסי התמיכה.
גרסת ניסיון, תשלום ופרסים
גרסת הניסיון ניתנת ללא תשלום. אין במשחק פרסומות, רכישות בתוך המשחק או פרסים כספיים. מטבעות והישגים הם רכיבי משחק בלבד, אינם בעלי ערך כספי ואינם ניתנים לפדיון. פרס שהורה מבטיח לילד הוא באחריות ההורה; המפעיל אינו מוכר או מספק אותו. שינוי עתידי בתשלום ידרוש הצגה ואישור לפני חיוב, ולא ייצור חיוב אוטומטי מתוך תנאים אלה.
זמינות ועדכונים
בגרסת ניסיון עלולות להיות תקלות, ושירותי הענן עשויים לא להיות זמינים. שמרו קובץ ייצוא אם אתם זקוקים לעותק של דוח מקומי. אין להסיר גרסה קיימת כדי לעדכן כאשר ניתן להתקין עדכון דרך Google Play. בהפצת APK חיצוני Android עשוי להציג אזהרות מערכת שאינן בשליטתנו.
שימוש מותר וזכויות
ניתנת הרשאה אישית להשתמש במשחק לצורכי תרגול ובדיקה. אין לנסות לגשת למשפחה אחרת, לעקוף הרשאות או להציף את השירות. זכויות ברכיבי צד שלישי נשארות של בעליהן; הודעות הרישיון זמינות בהגדרות המשחק. שליחת פידבק מאפשרת לנו להשתמש בתיאור לשיפור המוצר, ואינה מעבירה בעלות ביצירה או בתמונה שצירפתם.
פרטיות וסיום שימוש
הודעת הפרטיות מפרטת אחסון, ספקים, שמירה ומחיקה. אפשר להפסיק לשחק, למחוק מידע מקומי דרך דוח ההורים ולבקש מחיקת פניות דרך כתובת הקשר. כאשר חשבונות המשפחות יופעלו, יוצעו ביטול חיבור, ייצוא ומשיכת הסכמה. פעולות אלה אינן מוחקות עותקים ששמרתם או שיתפתם בעצמכם.
זכויות לפי דין
אין בתנאים אלה ויתור על זכויות צרכניות או זכויות פרטיות שאי אפשר להתנות עליהן, ואין בהם מניעה לפנות לרשות מוסמכת. שינוי מהותי בשימוש בנתוני ילדים ידרוש הודעה והסכמה חדשה כאשר הדין מחייב. הגרסה הנוכחית אינה אישור לעמידה משפטית בכל מדינה.

Numzino is a free educational practice game in testing. Local game reports are available; cloud family accounts and child-data sync are being prepared and are not currently open for registration. Demo data is fictional. Reports are not a diagnosis or a guarantee of learning outcomes.
Parent accounts are for adults aged 18 or older who are authorised parents or legal guardians. Children can play locally without a family account. Email verification alone is not treated as verified parental consent. Do not send children's full names, identity documents, medical information or unrelated personal data in support messages.
The pilot has no advertising, in-app purchases or cash prizes. Game coins have no monetary value. Parent-promised rewards are the parent's responsibility. Any future payment requires separate notice and approval before a charge.
Testing versions may contain bugs and services may be unavailable. Export local reports if you need your own copy. Use Google Play for updates when possible; Android can show warnings for external APKs.
Use the game for personal practice and testing. Do not access another family's data or bypass access controls. Third-party components retain their respective licences, available in game settings. Feedback may be used to improve the product without transferring ownership of attached content.
See the privacy notice for data handling and deletion. You can stop using the game, delete the local journal and request deletion of feedback. Future family controls will support export, unlinking and consent withdrawal. Copies you saved or shared separately remain under your control.
These terms do not waive non-excludable consumer or privacy rights, restrict complaints to competent authorities, or certify worldwide legal compliance. Material changes to child-data processing require new notice and consent where required.
