חשבון הורה בענן

שירות המשפחות עדיין סגור לציבור. לאחר הפעלתו: נכנסים למרכז ההורים במייל של ההורה, בוחרים ״מחיקת חשבון ההורה״ ומאשרים מחיקה. אין צורך להתקין את המשחק לצורך מחיקת החשבון.

מחיקת מנהל המשפחה מסירה מהמאגר הפעיל את חשבונו, המשפחה, הכינויים, ההגדרות, התשובות, ההזמנות, הרשאות המכשירים וטופס ההסכמה. חשבונות הורים נוספים אינם נמחקים, אך גישתם למשפחה זו מבוטלת. מחיקת הורה נוסף מסירה את חשבונו ואת גישתו בלבד; המשפחה ונתוני הילדים נשארים למנהל המשפחה.

אם שירות הכניסה אינו זמין או אין גישה למייל הישן, פנו אל benayahu@benapc.com עם המייל שהיה בחשבון ותיאור הבקשה. נבצע אימות מתאים לפני המחיקה. אין לשלוח סיסמה, קוד חד־פעמי, תעודת זהות או פרטי ילד.

מחיקה אוטומטית מהמאגר הפעיל מתבצעת כששני שלבי המחיקה מאושרים. אם זהות הכניסה עדיין לא הוסרה יוצג מצב ממתין והתמיכה תטפל בהשלמה. קבלה טכנית ללא מייל או נתוני ילד נשמרת עד 7 ימים. נתונים בגיבויים מוגבלים אינם נמחקים נקודתית אלא פוקעים לפי מדיניות הספק; הם אינם משמשים לפעילות שוטפת. מחיקה אינה מבטלת את החובות החוקיות החלות במקרה פרטני.

נתונים בטלפון וגרסאות מקומיות

מחיקה בענן אינה מוחקת משחקים בטלפונים. דרך בקרות ההורה במשחק מוחקים פרופיל והמידע המקומי שלו, או דרך הגדרות Android ← אפליקציות ← Numzino (או Mathlon בגרסאות קודמות) ← אחסון ← מחיקת נתונים. הפעולה מסירה התקדמות מקומית. אם המשחק נמצא בכמה פרופילי Android, יש לבצע זאת בכל פרופיל רלוונטי.

חשבון הבדיקה של Google Play הוא חשבון Google שלכם, ולא חשבון Numzino; מחיקת Numzino אינה מוחקת את חשבון Google.

לפנייה על פידבק או פרטי קשר שהשארתם באתר, השתמשו באותו מייל פרטיות וציינו את פרטי הפנייה. אל תשלחו תשובות או פרטי ילד במייל.

Account and data deletion

The family cloud pilot is currently closed. Once enabled, sign in at the parent centre, select “Delete parent account” and confirm. Deleting the family owner's account removes the active family data, child nicknames/settings/answers, invitations, device permissions, signed consent evidence and the owner's Auth identity. Other guardians' accounts remain, with access to that family removed. Deleting an additional guardian removes only that guardian's account and membership.

If you cannot sign in, contact benayahu@benapc.com from your account email or describe the access problem. Identity must be appropriately verified; never email passwords, one-time codes, IDs or child details. If Auth deletion fails, the interface reports a pending state rather than success. Minimal non-identifying completion receipts expire after 7 days. Restricted provider backups expire under the provider policy and are not used for routine processing.

Cloud deletion does not erase local phone data. Delete the local child profile through the game's parent controls, or clear Numzino (called Mathlon in earlier versions) app data in Android settings on each relevant Android profile. This loses local progress. Your Google Play testing account is separate from a Numzino account.
